Learn in
community.
Our workshops and cohort programs bring the NutriNetwork framework into group settings - covering cultural nutrition, behavior change, and how to build sustainable eating habits that actually fit your life.
Thriving Through
For adults navigating nutrition without losing their cultural foods
This cohort is for adults who want to improve their relationship with food and health - without being told to give up the foods that connect them to their culture, their community, and their family.
Based on the framework from Food Is Not The Problem, this program covers:
- ✦Understanding your cultural food identity
- ✦Basic nutrition foundations (reading labels, finding resources)
- ✦Behavior change that actually sticks
- ✦Building sustainable habits in your real food environment
- ✦Finding community health resources near you
Adults who have tried diets before and felt like the advice was never designed for their life, their culture, or their community.

A parent and child family nutrition workshop
Families learn about nutrition together in this interactive workshop series. Parents and children explore food, culture, and health side by side - building shared language and habits that last.
This is not a program that puts kids on diets or makes parents feel guilty. It is a collaborative experience that brings families together around food in a positive, culturally affirming way.
Families who want to build healthy relationships with food together - without shame, restriction, or losing their cultural food traditions.
