MPH, MS Nutrition
Founder & Principal Strategist, THE NUTRINETWORK
"Every person deserves nutrition guidance that respects where they come from — and meets them where they are."
Why this work matters.
Elizabeth founded THE NUTRINETWORK after years of watching well-meaning nutrition programs fail the communities they were designed to help. The problem wasn't effort — it was design.
Programs built on generic assumptions about food and behavior consistently missed the mark for diverse populations. Staff were undertrained. Clients were underserved. Outcomes suffered.
THE NUTRINETWORK exists to close that gap — delivering behavioral nutrition strategy that works because it starts with the people it's meant to serve.
"The nutrition industry wasn't built for my grandmother, for my community, or for the populations I served in public health. I built THE NUTRINETWORK to change that."

The philosophy behind the work.
Behavior First
Sustainable change starts with understanding how people actually make decisions - not how we wish they would.
Culture as Foundation
Food traditions are not obstacles to health. They are the foundation any lasting nutrition strategy must be built on.
Systems Thinking
Individual behavior exists within systems. Effective nutrition strategy addresses both.
Let's explore how we can work together.
